Egypt Court Convicts in USD 283M Inheritance Dispute

In a USD 283M cross-border inheritance dispute in Egypt, the court issued four criminal convictions and prison terms totaling ten years. The judgments confirm that inheritance rights cannot be extinguished through the manipulation of inheritance records, the submission or use of inaccurate inheritance declarations, or the exclusion of lawful heirs from succession proceedings.
