Valuation Associate

Job Summary

The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Valuation associate shall be responsible for handling certain phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include participation in completing projects and services in valuations & Feasibility Studies and other corporate finance services.
The TAS Valuation associate will be working closely and reporting to the TAS Senior Manager/directors, and Senior Partner/Transaction Advisory Services Leader and plays a key role in client management and practice development.

Job Requirements/Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting.
CFA ,CVA is an asset.
2-4 years experience in business valuation and feasibility study development.
Demonstrated experience in fair value measurements for financial reporting purposes.
High level of proficiency with customary valuation methodologies including DCF analysis and comparable company/precedent transaction multiples and assets-based valuation.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of conducting intangible assets valuation including PPA.
Develop feasibility studies for banking and investment purposes.
Ability to critically analyze financial information and communicate assumptions effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple client engagements, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
Strong financial modeling skills using moderate to sophisticated excel based models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal, oral and written communication skills. Arabic and English is a must.
