Senior Associate Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)

Job Requirements/Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• CFA , MBA, or CBA designation is an asset.
• 5 –7 years experience in business valuation and feasibility study development with a Big 4 firms, or multinational valuation/corporate finance firms.
• Demonstrated experience in fair value measurements for financial reporting purposes (e.g., ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 718, IVS..etc).
• High level of proficiency with customary valuation methodologies including DCF analysis and comparable company/precedent transaction multiples and assets-based valuation.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of conducting intangible assets valuation including PPA.
• Develop feasibility studies for banking and investment purposes.
• Ability to critically analyze financial information and communicate assumptions effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple client engagements, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills using moderate to sophisticated excel based models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal, oral and written communication skills. Arabic and English is a must.
• Work with senior management to resolve technical issues and promote best practices for the valuation group.
• Supervise and mentor staff on analyses, reports and presentations.
