Noor Mahdy is a Junior Associate at Andersen in Egypt. Aside from assisting in the provision of general corporate law services such as company formation, entity licensing and corporate governance, Noor also works within the employment law department.

Noor’s main role is conducting research on various changes in the Egyptian commercial laws, and creating periodic reports on them for circulation to our clients. As such, Noor has solid foundational knowledge of the Egyptian market and the regulatory frameworks which govern it.
