Job Summary

Andersen Egypt is hiring an experienced IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly across various platforms.
Ensure system security, backups, and updates are properly maintained.
Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
Maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in an IT support or infrastructure role.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructures, including hardware, software, and troubleshooting methods.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
