IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly across various platforms.
• Ensure system security, backups, and updates are properly maintained.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
• Maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in an IT support or infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructures, including hardware, software, and troubleshooting methods.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
