Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.rn
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international corporate law and cross-border transactions.
• Fluent in English with strong speaking and writing skills.
• Practical experience in commercial, financial, and international tax law.
• Familiarity with Offshore and Onshore corporate structures.
• Previous experience with consulting firms or multinational law firms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal consultations related to the establishment and management of offshore companies.
• Draft and review international contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with global tax and regulatory laws.
• Support clients with legal and financial planning strategies.
