Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. The ideal candidate will combine excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Manage general ledger entries, including accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor company bank accounts and cash flow.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations.
Liaise with auditors and provide required documentation during audits.
Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
