Senior Bookkeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our Tax Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the tax preparation process.

This role requires a high level of accuracy, excellent numeracy skills, and a strong understanding of accounting and tax principles.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
Update and maintain GLs.
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting systems.
Maintain trial balances, and reconciling general ledgers.
Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
Has solid knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements.
Coordinating the audit process.
Assisting in the preparation for tax audits.
Preparation of bank reconciliation.
Using an E-invoice portal.
Has a solid awareness of all tax formalities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
High proficiency in and Excel E-Invoice portal.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience 3-5 years.
